UNTAXED MINIMUM INCOMES: ANALYSIS OF THE NATURE OF PHENOMENON

Abstract
In the article it is analyzed the economic and legal essence of the phenomenon of untaxed minimum of citizens’ income. The history of legal regulation of the phenomenon of untaxed minimum of citizens’ income is examined. A number of shortcomings of legal regulation of untaxed minimum of citizens’ income are revealed and the ways of their solution are suggested.
