Abstract
This study presents a concise and practical summary of bankruptcy proceedings for consumers and entrepreneurs who are natural persons. The article addresses and compares key issues connected with conducting such proceedings – from their very purpose to conclusion, including discontinuation. At each stage, the main differences and similarities are indicated for a full illustration of both types of insolvency proceedings.
