Abstract
O. Lyzunova, U. Sirenko. Management of economic potential in the system of providing efficiency of metallurgical enterprises’ activity. The article considers the problems of management of metallurgical enterprises. The concepts, the categories, conditions and factors of increasing the efficiency of enterprises are analyzed. The paper compares the points of view of Ukrainian and foreign specialists concerning the problem of improving the efficiency of the company. The concept of strategic management of industrial enterprises is investigated. The efficiency of the enterprise activity from the point of view of profitability. Тhe article analyses the essence of economic potential of the enterprise and its structure. The basic approaches to the study of this problem. The question of the strategic management of the economic potential of the company. Studied the principles of capacity assessment. Presents the characteristic features of the enterprise potential as an economic system. Discussed issues of anti-crisis management economic potential of the enterprise. Factors are analyzed and the technology of anti-crisis management of potential of enterprise.
