Abstract
The article identifies problems and trends in the use and reproduction of production and resource potential of agricultural enterprises, especially small and medium. It is determined that the methodological advantages of ensuring these processes has regulatory approach that conserves energy and resource conservation. Based on the impact of production and resource potential and sustainable use of resources on the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. The need for improving the organizational and economic mechanisms for the use of production and resource potential to its increase
