Use of the hypoosmolar oral rehydration mixture in the comprehensive therapy of secretory diarrhea

Abstract
The results of using hypoosmolar oral rehydration mixture in the treatment of children with secretory diarrhea of viral etiology were discussed. It was found that when using the drug, intoxication symptoms, manifestations of acetonemic and diarrhea syndromes disappear rapidly, the frequency of using infusion therapy and patient’s length of stay in the hospital also reduced significantly.
