UTICAJ ANTROPOMETRIJSKIH KARAKTERISTIKA I FUNKCIONALNIH SPOSOBNOSTI NA BOČNU I DUBINSKU POKRETLJIVOST RUKOMETAŠA

Abstract
Rukomet je sportska igra koja od rukometaša zahteva velika naprezanja, a pored zahteva istovremeno i utiče na ravoj konstitucionalnih karateristika, funkcionalnih i motoričkih sposobnosti. Uspešan rukometaš se odlikuje snagom, brzinom, eksplozivnošću, okretnošću i snalažljivošću u svim situacijama igre kako na tlu, u skoku, mora biti precizan u dodavanju i šutu na gol, u krajnjem mora imati odličan pregled igre. Kvalitetna ekipa, u očekivanju dobrih rezultata s jakim protivnikom gotovo da i ne sme grešiti ni u odbrani, a još manje u akcijama preciznog dodavanja i šutiranja. U rukometu vlada pravilo da ekipa od pet osvojenih lopti mora postići barem tri gola, a da u vlastitoj odbrani u odnosu na protivnički napad deluje uspešnije od ovog merila. Kako je boćno I dubinsko kretanje jedno od bazičnih uslova dobre precizne odbrane i zvršavanju odbrambenih zadataka, treba obratiti dovoljno pažnje u trenažnom procesu.
