Abstract

Situational exercises have great value for the acquisition of certain movement habits and adaption of the TE-TA combinations, where primarily develops tactical thought and tactical reasoning. Therefore, we must adhere to certain tactical principles: change of places, change of rhythm, avoidance of excess strokes, false maneuvers, etc. In order to participate successfully, players in realization of situational exercises should use two methods in their work: • Method of conditioning external opportunities and • Method of exercise at different condition.
