Uwarunkowania rozwoju współpracy w formie partnerstwa publiczno-prywatnego w opiniach przedstawicieli samorządów lokalnych z województw śląskiego i lubelskiego

Abstract
Opracowanie zawiera rezultaty badań wykonanych w 2010 r. w grupie 73 jednostek publicznych reprezentujących woj. śląskie i lubelskie. Badania skupiają się na ocenie determinant rozwoju partnerstwa publiczno-prywatnego. Partnerstwo publiczno-prywatne nie powinno być postrzegane wyłącznie jako metoda finansowania infrastruktury publicznej, ale również jako narzędzie wzrostu skuteczności usług publicznych. Niestety, współpraca pomiędzy sektorem publicznym i prywatnym nie jest łatwa i występuje tam wiele problemów. Pomimo tego, że partnerstwo publiczno-prywatne jest dostępne dla wszystkich jednostek samorządu terytorialnego, są pewne różnice w postrzeganiu i jego ocenie pomiędzy województwami.
