ВACKGROUND AND PERSPECTIVES OF STOCK MARKET BOND SEGMENT POTENTIAL AS THE SOURCE OF INVESTMENT RESOURCES

Abstract
The vast majority of Ukrainian enterprises at present stage of their existence experience a severe shortage of medium and long-term resources to meet their investment needs. Possibilities of internal sources are extremely limited. Attraction of bank loans for implementation of capital investments programs in most cases is inappropriate or disadvantageous taking into consideration the terms and conditions of lending. One of the promising options for solving this problem is the use of the debt financing mechanism through the issue of bonds. This stock market tool has considerable potential for solving the problems of economic growth and attraction of investments into the Ukrainian economy, the realization of which becomes an urgent issue in the sphere of financial macro regulation.
