Value of the concepts of acquisition and transfer of rights to land in the process of realization by citizens of the right to land

Abstract
In this publication, the author tries to understand terminology (provision, acquisition, transfer, transfer), which is used by the legislator in the regulation of procedures, as a result of which citizens become owners of land. It justifies the expediency of using a single general formula “transfer of ownership of citizens to land”.
