Abstract
У статті аналізуються актуальні питання вчення В.І. Вернадського про ноосферу як бази інноваційного забезпечення екологічного розвитку регіонів та сталого розвитку ноорегіонів, бо відсутність природних ресурсів можна вирішити саме за рахунок екологічних інновацій та людських ресурсів. Результатами креативного підходу науковців мають стати інноваційні рішення для людей заради їх прогресивної ролі у розвитку і вдосконаленню ноорегіонів світу, де фундаментом буде вчення В.І. Вернадського про ноосферу.
