The paper defines the concept of administrative and legal status of the Supreme Court of Ukraine; described elements of administrative and legal status of the Supreme Court of Ukraine; The role and place of the Supreme Court of Ukraine in the judicial system; identified and analyzed the features of the administrative and legal status of the studied subject. В статье определено понятие административно-правового статуса Верховного Суда Украины; охарактеризованы элементы административно-правового статуса Верховного Суда Украины; выяснена роль и место Верховного Суда Украины в системе судебной власти; выявлены и проанализированы особенности административно-правового статуса исследуемого субъекта.
