ВИБІРКОВЕ ПРИШЛІФОВУВАННЯ ЗУБІВ ЯК ПІДГОТОВЧИЙ ЕТАП ОРТОПЕДИЧНОГО ЛІКУВАННЯ ПАЦІЄНТІВ ІЗ ЗАХВОРЮВАННЯМИ СКРОНЕВО-НИЖНЬОЩЕЛЕПНОГО СУГЛОБА

Abstract
The article highlights the role of selective grinding procedures before special prosthodontic treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and dental row deformations. Teeth are altered by selective grinding to make simultaneous cusp tip to cusp tip contact on both sides of the arch when the jaws are in left or a right lateral position, balanced occlusion in a static eccentric position exists. Nowadays, the question of choosing the best prosthodontic treatment for patients with dental row deformations on a background of rheumatoid arthritis is not studied enough. Prosthodontic treatment of patients with partial tooth loss and temporomandibular joint disorders should be true strictly individually and complex after general treatment and at the period of rheumatoid arthritis remission.
