Abstract
Матеріал присвчено проведеній 8-9 квітня 2017 року в Національному університеті «Одеська юридична академія» VII Всеукраїнській школі з морського права. Програма заходу традиційно включала дві частини, перша з яких була присвячена теоретичним питанням морського та міжнародного приватного права, друга – роботі над практичними завданнями в рамках навчальних судових процесів.
