Abstract
In the article the philosophical and legal analysis of using moral norms at application of legal facilities of moral and legal regulation of behavior and discipline of servicemen is offered. The special attention is concentrated on the analysis of interrelation of moral and right in practical activities of subjects of military management, on consideration of moral bases of encouragement application.
