ВЛИЯНИЕ ВНУТРИБРЮШИННОЙ ХИМИОТЕРАПИИ НА ГОРМОНАЛЬНЫЙ СТАТУС БОЛЬНЫХ РАКОМ ЯИЧНИКОВ

Abstract
В статье рассмотрены перспективы применения адъювантной внутрибрюшинной химиотерапии у больных распространённым раком яичников. Проведено изучение и оценка воздействия на гормональных статус пациенток, как на один из механизмов регуляции процессов адаптации организма, использования регионарного способа введения лекарственных препаратов. Установлены тенденции изменения гормонального статуса в зависимости от воздействия факторов острого стресса, каковыми являются в комбинированном лечении заболевания оперативное вмешательство и лекарственная терапия. Проведен также анализ влияния на изучаемые показатели фактора хронического стресса в виде наличия в организме самой опухоли. Показано, что при внутрибрюшинном способе введения химиопрепаратов изменение содержания уровней ряда гормонов, которые, как принято считать, отвечают за ответ организма на стресс, в сыворотке крови больных раком яичников сравнимы с изменениями, выявленными при исследовании соответствующих показателей у пациенток, которым использованы традиционный режим введения лекарственных препаратов. Необходимы дальнейшие исследования в данном направлении для возможности индивидуализации лечебных подходов при распространённых формах рака яичников.
