Abstract
Ключевыми аспектами «Плана приоритетных действий Кабинета Министров Украины на 2016 год» [1], направленного на обеспечение экономического роста и повышение уровня благосостояния населения, являются привлечение прямых иностранных инвестиций и кредитов МВФ, а также приватизация. Безусловно, вышеуказанные факторы - важная и неотъемлемая составляющая экономического роста, наряду с дерегуляцией, независимой судебной системой и либеральной налоговой политикой.
