VOCATIONAL COMPETENCE OF SUBJECT TEACHERS AT SECONDARY SCHOOLS

Abstract
The following article analyzes the career counseling of subject teachers at secondary schools as well as factors affecting career counseling and some proposals to improvecareer counseling capacity for instructors. Results of overall assessment of the subject teachers at secondary schoolsin three aspects: knowledge, skills and attitudes showed that more than 1/3 of the surveyed teachers rated their career counseling capacity inadequate. Some factors affecting teachers’ career counseling such as: The attention of the leaders is paid to the activities of vocational guidance of instructors; funding for the training of vocational competence.
