VOLLEYBALL AS A MEANS OF STUDENTS’ PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY
Journal Title: Науковий вісник Південноукраїнського національного педагогічного університету імені К. Д. Ушинського - Year 2017, Vol 116, Issue 3
Abstract
The results of determining the level of physical working capacity (PWC) and its functional support of students who are engaged in volleyball groups of sports and pedagogical improvement, depending on their playing role are considered in the article. The aim of the article was to study the features of vegetative regulation of the heart rhythm and the functional state of the cardiovascular system of volleyball students when performing dose-related physical activities in accordance with their playing roles. The reserve of the student-athlete, the reactivity of the cardiovascular system to physical activity, the features of functioning, which is very important for competitive activities, can be determined only when carrying out tests involving physical activity. This allows you to get not only the most complete picture of the functional state of the body systems, but also to assess the dynamics of the training process and develop measures to optimize it. The price of adaptation of an organism, determined with the help of functional tests, is one of the important characteristics of the process of sports and pedagogical improvement, with the help of which it is possible to detect the congestion of individual regulatory systems. The results of the studies indicate that the highest absolute values of the PWC170 sample are recorded in binders and central blocking players, the lowest ones ‒ in libero and diagonal. Relative values (PWC170 ∙ kg-1), in a certain way, are stipulated by the level of physical condition and the nature of the game activity, to be more precise: both binders and central blocking players have the greatest values of relative indicators, and extremely attacking. On the contrary, the low level of these opportunities is inherent for diagonal players and libero, which might be stipulated by the nature of the game actions of players performing a particular game role. Despite the dominance of the speed-strength component of the activity of central blocking and binding, the players of these roles have a high level of PWC170 ∙ kg-1, which is explained by the submaximal character of the sample performance at the level of the Lactate Threshold and is determined, in our opinion, by the speed-strength capabilities of the muscular groups of the lower limbs and functional capabilities of the cardiovascular system. During the restitution phase, after the end of the PWC170 sample, the spectral power is inversed by increasing the high-frequency component (HF,%) with a non-recovery of this characteristic in the range 11,6-72,8%, depending on the playing role. Similarly, the overall absolute level of activity of regulatory systems remains unrefunded, which is at the level of 74.69-94.71% among defense line players.
