ВПЛИВ МАКРОЕКОНОМІЧНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ НА СОЦІАЛЬНИAЙ РОЗВИТОК ТЕРИТОРІЇ

Abstract
The author in the article analyzed the impact of macroeconomic processes on social development of the given territory in the borders of the study of social sustainable development in modern conditions. The impact of macroeconomic processes on the social development of the area is performed by the number of different internal and external factors foremost of which is the standard of living, and as a result — the birth rate. The main factors are: the formation and development of the social market economy; social cohesion and creating the best possible starting conditions equal to all members of society through education, education, health etc.; restriction of stratification of the population by the income level; creating the dynamic and flexible system of social protection; implementation of an integrated model of social insurance (pension, health, education, unemployment, etc.); social and legal regulation of the labor market, implementation of full employment policies; forming a stable effective demand through stimulating internal motivation to work, increasing the share of wages in national income structure. Formulated in the article results could help to define the points of improvement of social and economic policy of Ukraine and should be looked upon as recommendations for government policies and programs of the country. Proven in the study correlation between the numbers of rural small businesses and the dynamics of the birth rate in the dynamics of five years, could be accepted as estimate the direct impact of small business on the social development of the area.
