Abstract
Nasûs-ı kat'a ile müberhin-i hakaik cümlesinden olduğu üzere muhâfaza-i mil-liyet ve temin-i mesudiyet için kemal-i ciddiyetle tevsi'-i daire-i fikir, musâlih-i din ve dünyanın hiç birini fevt etmeyerek husûsâtın kâffesinde akıl ve hikmet muktezasına göre i'mâl-i kârkâh-ı tedbir en büyük vezâif-i esasiyye-i diniyyemizdendir.
