VÝSKUM KRAJINY Z ASPEKTU HISTORICKEJ GEOGRAFIE A KRAJINNEJ ARCHEOLÓGIE
Journal Title: FOLIA GEOGRAPHICA - Year 2010, Vol 51, Issue 1
Abstract
European Landscape Convention points to the need to adopt a more complex view on landscape. Such need is best represented by the phenomenon of interdisciplinary landscape analysis, developed over the last decade. This article addresses selected aspects of landscape development as seen from the his- torical-geographical and landscape-archaeological views. Each of these approaches, or their combination, offers a more complex view on the assessment of pre-historic or historic landscape development, which is significant for sustainability of decision-making and planning processes.
