Abstract
В статье раскрывается современный организационно-правовой механизм взаимодействия органов доходов и сборов Украины с правоохранительными и контролирующими органами в противодействии контрабанде наркотических средств, психотропных веществ и фальсифицированных лекарственных средств. Автор выделяет национальный и международный уровни исследуемого взаимодействия, а также предлагает некоторые изменения и дополнения в действующее законодательство Украины с целью усовершенствования правового обеспечения ее осуществления.
