ВЗАЄМОЗВ’ЯЗОК СТРЕСОСТІЙКОСТІ ТА КОПІНГОВИХ СТРАТЕГІЙ У МАЙБУТНІХ ПРАЦІВНИКІВ ПАТРУЛЬНОЇ ПОЛІЦІЇ

Abstract
Personality development occurs in certain social conditions. Patrol police officers microenvironment has a number of features: high physical stress, psychological stress, the need to carry out orders to keep proprietary information confidential and others. Police officers a significant part of professional activities are affected by negative emotions, experiencing great psychological overload. The investigations of members of the profession singled out a number of psychological traits, skills and abilities that are necessary for successful professional and competent performance of duties. In our study involved students of the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, future police patrol inspectors - 62 respondents. Age of respondents ranged from 20 to 35 years. In the course of the study it was theoretically and empirically determined that stress is associated with the peculiarities of emotional reactions of the personality and its coping strategies of behavior.
