WAYS AND DIRECTIONS TO ENSURE THE ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY OF A TELECOM OPERATOR

Abstract
The article presents the author’s interpretation of the term “economic sustainability of an enterprise”. It is proposed to consider the process of managing the economic stability of a telecommunications operator in the form of sequential execution of several stages. An organizational and economic mechanism has been developed to manage the economic sustainability of a telecom operator and is proposed for practical use. Highlighted the specific features of the sphere of communication and information when introducing into the activities of operators of the mechanism of management of economic sustainability. The main directions of improving the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the economic stability of a telecom operator in the current market conditions have been determined.
