WAYS OF CONFLICT RESOLUTION UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE INSTITUTE OF MEDIATION IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDING

Abstract
In this article is researched ways of the conflict resolution under the auspices of the Institute of mediation in criminal proceedings. In this article is illuminated result of systemic empirical research regarding demands target audience, which includes officers of preliminary investigation and victims in the criminal proceeding, which were connected with the ways of the conflict resolution under the auspices of the Institute of mediation in criminal proceeding. It is substantiated our position that the mediation procedure in criminal proceedings contribute to solving criminal conflicts minor, reckless criminal offenses moderate, criminal offenses of small and moderate against property, criminal offenses of small and moderate against freedom, honor and dignity. It is being reasonably proved that consensual model of the institute of mediation in criminal proceedings at the stage of «production» implementation greatly affect the change of quantitative indicators of crime and the number of criminal cases in temporal and spatial dimensions. It is providing that the consensual model of the institution of mediation in criminal production, at the stage of «industrial» implementation, will significantly affect the change in the quantitative indicators of the level of crime and the number of criminal proceedings instituted.
