WAYS OF IMPROVEMENT OF ECONOMIC AND LEGAL REGULATION IN THE PROVISION OF EFF ICIENT USE OF PUBLIC FUNDS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the current state of economic legislation in the field of regulating the effective use of public funds. The concept of economic and legal regulation of ensuring the effective use of public funds is determined; here are some disadvantages of such regulation. Based on the analysis conducted, practical recommendations for improving the economic and legal regulation in the field of study are developed.
