Ways of improving legal regulation of implementation of administrative procedures for internal transfer persons in sphere of social protection of population

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to highlighting the peculiarities of legal relations regarding the implementation of administrative procedures in the field of social protection of the population for such categories of persons as internally displaced persons. The classification of the implementation of administrative procedures by stages and the possibility of their implementation is proposed. The legal principles of implementation of administrative procedures in the field of social protection of the population for internally displaced persons are described and ways of their improvement are considered. The conducted research indicates the burden of internally displaced persons from the temporarily occupied territory and areas of the anti-terrorist operation of individuals and victims, not only with difficult living conditions, but also the need to carry out administrative procedures carried out by various subjects of public administration; each procedure is of an applicant nature and the need to prepare a package of documents. In the end, the battle for survival for such people continues, which indicates the need to improve the mechanism for the implementation of the administrative procedure internally displaced in the field of their social protection and improve the way of their legal. This will not only promote the support and social adaptation of Ukrainian citizens who have moved from temporarily occupied territory and regions of the anti-terrorist operation to other regions of Ukraine, but also increase the confidence of the entire population in power
