WAYS OF IMPROVING THE RELEASE OF EDUCATION WORKERS WHO PERFORM EDUCATIONAL FUNCTIONS FOR AN IMMORAL MISDEMEANOR

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of legal principles and sustainable judicial practice of dismissal of education workers for immoral offense. The modern approach to such dismissal has been critically analyzed and its legal nature as a discipli- nary measure has been substantiated also. Particular attention has been paid to the existing international standards on the application of disciplinary measures to educational staff. The ways of improvement of legislation in this issue have been of- fered on the basis of existing legislative models for attracting certain categories of employees to disciplinary responsibility.
