WEB-BASED-SECURE ONLINE NONCHOICE –BASED EXAMINATION SYSTEM (WONES) using Cryptography
Journal Title: International Journal on Computer Science and Engineering - Year 2011, Vol 3, Issue 10
Abstract
Web based Online Non-choice-based Examination System (WONES) is an effective solution for mass education evaluation. WONES ensures transactions between the examination server and the candidates by employing special authentication protocols. This paper proposes an enhanced secured online exam management environment by using Biometric Authentication and One Time Authentication Code (OTAC) by Trusted Third Party monitoring. . A novel feature of the system is its support for formulae and graph input which makes it suitable for non-choice based examinations. There are also a library of comparators which evaluate the difference between the encoded correct answer and the candidate response using heuristic rules.

Performance evaluation of H.264 decoder on different processors
H.264/AVC (Advanced Video Coding) is the newest video coding standard of the moving video coding experts group. The decoder is standardized by imposing restrictions on the bit stream and syntax, and defining the process...
Optimal Feed Forward MLPArchitecture for Off-Line Cursive Numeral Recognition
The purpose of this work is to analyze the performance of back-propagation feed-forward algorithm using various different activation functions for the neurons of hidden and output layer and varying the number of neurons...
WEIGHTAGE FACTOR BASED SCHEME FOR PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT IN AD HOC NETWORKS
Ad-hoc networks are a new wireless networking paradigm for mobile hosts. Ad hoc networks don’t require any fixed infrastructure such as base stations or mobile switching centers. Node mobility in an ad-hoc network causes...
Development of Framework for Automatic Speech Recognition
In this paper we have proposed an automatic speech recognition framework using agents. In this we have included both audio recognition and visual recognition. The audio and visual modalities are complementary to each oth...
A Cascaded Incoherent Spectrum Sliced Transversal Photonic Microwave Filters-An Analysis
An analysis of the performance of a simple, incoherent spectrum sliced microwave photonic filter is presented. This filter structure is based on cascading of two incoherent fiber Fabry -Pérot filters as a slicing element...
