WHO INTERNATIONAL CLASSIFICATION OF FUNCTION AS A DISABILITY DETERMINATION MODEL IN ARMENIA

Abstract

WHO International Classification of Function focuses on the strengths of the individual, his saved capacities, contributing to its more active participation in public life and in work activities and thus can be implemented as a model of disability determination. The International Classification of Functioning is designed to provide a uniformly coordinated and comprehensive approach to providing services to persons with disabilities in different areas. The classification itself makes it possible to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to the assessment of the needs of the individual, providing a variety of services to meet the individual needs inside of economic policy.
