WORK WITH THE GIFTED STUDENT YOUTH: EXPERIENCE OF THE KIEV REGIONAL TERRITORIAL DEPARTMENT OF THE SMALL ACADEMY OF SCIENCES OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article reveals the peculiarities of work with the gifted young people of the Kyiv regional branch of the Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. It shows the forms and methods of working with children and young people who are capable of scientific research and research. Attention is focused on building cooperation with the scientific schools of the country's leading universities. It is stated that the priorities of the Kyiv regional branch of the MANU are: organizational and scientific-methodological support for the search, identification and support of students with a high level of research opportunities; an increase in the contingent of young students involved in research and development in the system of the Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine; the formation of a regional educational space, maximally focused on providing opportunities for creative self-realization and professional self-determination of students.
