WORLD EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING THE ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC COMPETITIVENESS OF THE REGIONS

Abstract
The essence of ecological-economic competitiveness in the development of a regional economy is determined in the article. The necessity of considering and revealing the peculiarities of the world experience in the management of ecological and economic development of local territories based on the mechanisms including the system of instruments at the world, national and regional levels is substantiated. Generalized toolkit of management mechanisms regarding ecological and economic competitiveness in developed countries. The specifics of the application of management technologies at the regional level in the world are highlighted. The urgency of the use of separate tools in the regions of Ukraine is substantiated, which will facilitate the creation of prerequisites for the formation and maintenance of the necessary ecological and economic competitiveness of local territories at the necessary level.
