Abstract
he paper presents the statistics of accidents in road transport of dangerous goods. The statistics is based on data of the National Headquarters of The Fire Service and the Chief Inspectorate for Environmental Protection. The conclusions of its analysis are the base for determining the risk level posed by road transport of dangerous goods. The article also provides detailed eligibility criteria that are the base of the statistics. The maps of the spatial distribution of accidents in road transport of dangerous goods were also presented.
