Abstract
In article analysed the conception constituents of preparation of master's degrees of speciality is conducted «Quality, standardization and certification». Conceptual basis of preparation of master's degrees consists in combination of quality management, standardizations, certifications that determine range of problems and practical application of master's degree work and as a result of her implementation contain an innovative element.
