Abstract
The article deals with the problems of conducting the scientific activity by the young scientists in Ukraine. It was given the characteristic of the state promotion tools for the scientific potential development of the young researchers in Ukraine. It was made the conclusion about the need of increasing the number of the state promotion tools for the scientific activity of the young scientists in Ukraine.
