Abstract
In this article author raised the topic of the use of information technology in the Middle Ages. He analyzed, in particular, events of the Franco-British military conflict in the first half of the fifteenth century, the activities of the Virgin of Orleans Joan of Arc. Author suggested that the image of the heroine has been used in order to obtain and exercise of power.
