Zastosowanie masażu i Kinesio Tapingu u kobiet w ciąży
Journal Title: Rehabilitacja w Praktyce - Year 2018, Vol 1, Issue 3
Abstract
Pregnancy is 280 days of continuous fetal development in the womb. Even in a normal pregnancy, a woman may experience pain, lymphoedema, stretch marks, mood swings, and even depression, which are related to this period. Physiotherapy is a safe, non-invasive field of medicine that can prevent or reduce these complaints. Various physiotherapeutic methods, including massage and kinesiotaping, are used in women. The article presents the usefulness and effectiveness of these two methods, the knowledge about which is still insufficient among pregnant women and medical staff.
