ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ІНГІБІТОРІВ SGLT-2 ДЛЯ КОРЕКЦІЇ ПРОЯВІВ ГІПЕРУРИКЕМІЇ ТА НИРКОВОЇ ДИСФУНКЦІЇ У ХВОРИХ НА ЦУКРОВИЙ ДІАБЕТ 2 ТИПУ

Abstract
The study showed a positive effect of inhibitor SGLT2 dapaglyflozine in patients with type 2 diabetes on the indicators that characterize the risk and simultaneously act as pathogenetic factors for the development of cardiovascular and renal complications. In particular, decreased uricemia, decreased renal excretion of albumin were revealed, which contributed to lowering blood pressure. The treatment effect depended on the gender of patients and on the initial morphological and functional characteristics of abdominal fat tissue assessed using visceral adiposity index. Under the influence of treatment, decline in the urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio was observed both in subgroups of patients with baseline microalbuminuria and with macroalbuminuria (by 28-35%).
