Abstract
Досліджено особливості управління та розвитку ділової репутації торговельних підприємств на прикладі найбільших торговельних мереж України. Розглянуто та охарактеризовано основні інструменти управління діловою репутацією та визначено їх особливості. Визначено кількісні параметри їх дебіторської та кредиторської заборгованості, на підставі яких скореговано метод надлишкових прибутків.
