Abstract
Quality is a difficult but very important concept. For its evaluation is a lot of ways, but each one has a certain number of drawbacks, mainly due to unclear information about the different influence upon performance. In this case you can use the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy logic. This apparatus allows calculation, synthesis, analysis, graphical interpretation of fuzzy data. Therefore in this work we review and analyze existing methods of quality assessment, analyze the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy logic to use it to evaluate the quality and offer an algorithm for evaluating the quality of products and services.
