Zawieranie małżeństw przez cudzoziemców. Uwagi na temat zmiany ustawy o aktach stanu cywilnego

Abstract
Conclusion of marriage by foreigners in Poland and assessing their right to marry may be a source of many problems. Th e procedure in such cases comes to the realization of certain complementary rules used to indicate the applicable law for this possibility (substantial impediments to marriage) and the rules for the granting of marriage, marriage registration and issuing marriage acts, according to marital status legislation. The most recent reform of the latter will not eliminate these problems.
