ЖИЛИЩНЫЕ СУБСИДИИ В УКРАИНЕ В КОНТЕКСТЕ СБАЛАНСИРОВАНИЯ СОЦИАЛЬНОЙ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ ГОСУДАРСТВА И НАСЕЛЕНИЯ В УСЛОВИЯХ ПОВЫШЕНИЯ ЖИЛИЩНО-КОММУНАЛЬНЫХ ТАРИФОВ

Abstract
В статье исследованы особенности назначения жилищных субсидий в Украине в соответствии с «новым» и «старым» порядком. Проанализированы основные показатели реализации и финансирования программы жилищных субсидий в Украине. Определены основные проблемы в действующем порядке субсидирования населения в жилищно-коммунальной сфере. Обоснованы основные направления трансформации системы социальной защиты граждан в жилищно-коммунальной сфере в контексте сбалансирования социальной ответственности населения и государства.
