ZINC OXIDE NANOTUBES OBTAINED BY THE METHOD OF RADICAL-BEAM EPITAXY ON THE POROUS SURFACE OF ZINC SELENIDE

Abstract

The method of radical-ray epitaxy obtained ZnO oxide nanotubes on the surface of porous ZnSe. As a template for growing nanotubes, samples of ZnSe with a previously applied macropore system of different sizes were used. It was established that after annealing in the stream of atomic oxygen, the porous surface undergoes significant changes and the ZnSe substrate forms oxide nanotubes ZnО. In this process the substitution is diffusive in nature.
