一种用于产品在线探伤的图像检测装置

Abstract
该系统通过CMOS图像传感器采集产品的图像信息并转化成数字信号传输到存储器中，由ARM处理器进行图像处理和分析，判断产品是否合格，然后自动剔除不合格的产品。同时，还可以统计每天的检测结果，上传到上位机。系统使用以ARM7TDMI为核心的LPC2210处理器，配合嵌入式多任务实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ。这样既方便了应用程序的开发，也同时保证了各个任务的实时性和可靠性，实现了系统的设计要求。
