Improvement and application of weighing determination method for employee performance evaluation indexes

Abstract
By integrating the document reference method, questionnaire analysis method and expert advisory method, this paper determined the indexes of employee performance evaluation according to the most degree of membership，and the weighing of each index is fixed through the improving AHP, and the concept of fuzzy mathematics is introduced into AHP to form the fuzzy AHP to make the qualified problem to become the quantified one, thus it improves the scientific characteristics and reliability of the employee performance evaluation.
