A model for determining the potential for diversification in hotel enterprises

Abstract
The article is devoted to the formation a model for determining the potential for diversification in hotel enterprises that provides an opportunity to identify trends and its possible changes using the available resources (labor, industrial, financial, organizational, informational). Effective crisis management requires a comprehensive detecting and analyzing threats and opportunities of the hotel enterprise. As one of the threats facing is a sharp drop in demand for products, but the substantial reserves of the enterprise due to the presence of free production capacities, the diversification of becoming one of the main ways to overcome the challenges faced by the enterprise. Given the importance of diversification for development f hotel enterprise, expediency for its ability to expand activity is justified. Increasing the potential of diversification contributes to the effectiveness and the cost of the hotel enterprise and depends on the effectiveness of crisis management system. Offered in article a model of potential for diversification to evaluate the ability of hospitality businesses to provide services that are in demand in the market in the presence of his resource capabilities, will help compensate for the loss of existing markets, identify areas of investment, evaluate the impact of changes in demand and prices for certain services.
