The method of the labor payment integrated indicator construction in the context of professional security

Abstract
Annotation. Annotation. The purpose of the paper is to investigate the method of the labor payment integrated indicator construction in the context of professional security. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following general and specific research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, dialectical approach. Findings. In the articles considered the methodical approaches to the construction of an integral indicator of remuneration in the context of providing personnel security. Practical value. The sectoral indices of the level of remuneration, labor mobility, wages, labor utilization and the status of collective agreements, labor disputes and strikes, as well as a list of indicators of stimulants and disintegrates in these groups are substantiated.
