About the stability of cylindrical shell with core for mixed boundary condition

Abstract
The stability of cylindrical shell with a core for mixed boundary conditions under external normal pressure is conidered. The influence of the core is considered by the model of Vincler. Onedemitional problen for the ring with viscoellastic core is solved with exaction.
