ACADEMIC MOBILITY - A PREREQUISITE FOR THE FORMATION OF COMMON EDUCATIONAL SPACE

Abstract
In the article the academic mobility - a prerequisite for the common educational space. Highlights the types of academic mobility in the modern world. It is shown that there are forms of academic mobility for participants in the educational process, acquiring education bachelor's, master's and Ph.D. in domestic universities. Analysis of the research materials give grounds to assert that academic mobility is an essential component of continuing education / lifelong learning, which is directly linked to the economy and the labor market. In this context, the promising development of "proactive" educational programs that meet the needs of the labor market, society and world standards. International academic mobility of students, teachers and other university staff implemented by Ukraine within international interuniversity agreements and joint educational programs governed by agreements on academic and scientific cooperation with foreign educational institutions, healthcare institutions and international organizations. The formation of the mobility of individual contributes to the implementation procedures of mutual recognition of terms of training and disciplines, results of evaluation of educational achievements, individualization of educational trajectories, creating favorable institutional environment for learning outside of your school and the appropriate regulatory, logistics, personnel, information, psychological and pedagogical support. Among the prospects for further study of the problem - the relationship of academic mobility incentive import and export of educational services of the country, formation and development of mobility of professors of higher educational institutions, the European experience of forming academic mobility of students.
